November 17, 2003 Germantown, WI USA: Cambridge Major Laboratories announces that it has established a West Coast presence with the appointment of Dr. Keith Drouet as Director of Business Development. Based in San Diego, Dr. Drouet will serve Cambridge Major’s existing client base in the area, and expand Cambridge Major’s rapidly growing development business along the entire west coast as well as Texas, Utah, and Colorado.

Dr. Drouet comes to Cambridge Major from Cychem Inc where he was Director of Business Development, focusing on contract outsourcing opportunities within the Biotech and Pharma industries including API manufacturing, process R&D, combinatorial chemistry, and pharmacology. He began his career as a Research Scientist at Arena Pharmaceuticals in San Diego where he was involved in the synthesis and design of small molecules that interact with G-protein Coupled Receptors, as well as parallel synthesis of small molecules for drug discovery.
