Controlled Substance Capability Did you know CML can produce controlled substances? CML-Europe has an active license from the Dutch government to produce controlled substances. We maintain a general license which requires CML-Europe to pass annual audits to ensure that we comply with local law, have the proper SOP’s, and can proide secure storage necessary to properly store these compounds.
Having a general license in the Netherlands makes it easy for us to obtain each product specific license very rapidly, and at significantly lower cost compared to other Western countries. Typically, we can obtain a product specific license during the process development stage and be ready for production with the specific license in a few months. Our site in Weert can handle controlled substances in the ten’s to 100’s of kilograms depending upon the process.
